Have you thought about adding a chatroom to the website? Even if it's just an interface to an IRC channel, I still think it could be fun/useful. It would provide a place for everybody to have an open chat and make it easier to meet up online and not have a continuous thread going. That or maybe a widget that displays current users statuses, ie, tying into steam or something if possible. Just an idea.

Or maybe kind of like the server interface showing how many people are online in the badwater server, except in the steam groups chat room?
Thought about it. Wasn't sure if there was enough interest. What does everyone thing about this?

Actually I take that back, isnt there a "vent" like server? I cant remember some mohawk something in the brochure lol
Yea, we have a mohawk server for our members. It's very similar to vent, but uses less system resources. Check out this link (http://www.mohawkvoice.com/) if you want to find out more!

The Mohawk is members only right now though...and nobody really uses it. I think a chat would be a good idea, and since Steam already has the group chat page, we could probably use that. Not sure how doable it is to do what Joe suggested above, but I like it.
The steam chat room only works when you have steam installed on your computer. An irc chatroom you can integrate into a browser. Does anyone know a good web app to include this in a browser? I've seen plenty. but never really looked into it too much.
