Well since no one else is utilizing this AWESOME thread, I'll start it off.

Me (Trist), Ian (Heimer), Jeremy (Twitch), Russ (Kayle), and Mulder (Blitz) played an EPIC game last night.

Game started out with Heim and Blitz ripping the bot lane up, racking up kills against the noob Zilean on the other team. However, I was getting shut down mid by an aggressive and hard to kill Soraka, and our Kayle/Twitch lane seemed more or less at a standstill.

As the game progressed, we were ahead in kills but slowly getting pushed in on, with their Warwick getting pretty highly stacked and Soraka / Mord keeping pushes pretty tanky and hard to smother, and their Zilean keeping us from getting many kills. Kayle and Blitz dropped briefly in the middle of a jungle teamfight, wiping us and two of our inhibitors. It looked all over.

I placed a ward at Baron and we fended off the pushes, winning a couple teamfights in base with Blitz and Kayle reconnected. As my ward was near running out, they used the time we were back against the wall to go Baron. We knew this was the last shot.

We arrived at Baron as he was being killed. Heimer snuck a PERFECTLY timed grenade onto baron, stealing it and giving US the buff. We wiped their team and pushed the mid all the way to the hib turret, but still had not downed a single side-lane turret.

We pressed from there, getting our teamfights together and defending our respawned hibs with a bunch of Heimer turrets, and eventually wiped them a couple more times to push down two of THEIR hibs, and pulled out the Victory!

Well done all teammates, that was a sick game!

Played two games after every1 logged for the night just now. Went 28-7-8 in the first, 7-3-8 in the second. Pretty intense face pounding. I was just still angry from that loss we had, me feeding that Ashe early :( guess I vented well ^^

I had my first Quadra kill on Monday, it was very satisfying :) If you have the means, I highly recommend it. It is so choice ^^

Now we gotta get that elusive Penta Kill!

We played with Riot Software Engineer "hohums" last night. He has a ballin' Aussie accent and plays a pretty good Alistar. Fun times indeed! :)

Mulder and I were in TT last night and we were in the south bush at the start of the game. Annie runs up, stops, waits a minute and then decides to meet her maker once in the bush. Honestly she was dead in less than a second. Suffice it to say, I was laughing for the next 5 or so minutes thinking about it. It was a pretty horrible game(for the other team) and once again showed how much MM sucks.

Just had an epic SR game with this random guy i friended.

We fed like 10 kills as Grag/Annie to our Garen/Shaco lane after barely picking them off for FB.

We had a feeder Yi and a subpar Rammus as well, and were down 0-6 in towers and like 11-28 in kills. Our solo mid Karthus has doing a lot of heavy lifting.

They unsuccessfully pushed a lot, we had a lot more AoE than them, and we caught them at Nashor. Wiped them, stole the buff, eventually won the game.

It was an epic turnaround from a fairly lackluster start.

Moral of the story? Make sure your team has AoE to win games (Akali/Garen/Shaco/Mundo/Singed wasn't cutting it for them. Not enough cc or aoe dmg).
